A train station is a place where trains stop and start to pick up and drop off passengers. It is marked by one or more platforms and a main building. It is also marked with several signs with the name of the station written on it. There are several other small buildings and the hangar is quite close to the main building. The main building houses the Station offices. Head and assistant head of the station, reservation office, and passenger lounge. A small station with only a few tracks and a waiting room for passengers. But the big ones have multiple tracks and several backgrounds. The platform at the larger stations is higher than the platform at the smaller stations. A large station is always a busy place and is almost always crowded. In such a station, there are large lounges and refreshments Small terminals have only small teahouses and often do not have lounges for upper-class passengers. In a station, there are signals to control moving trains. The station is a noisy and bustling place. Most of the time, people are seen in groups sitting around their objects talking or laughing. Street vendors with their wares scattered are a common sight. They were seen shouting in high-pitched voices to sell their goods. Another common sight is a lot of beggars with different appearances asking for alms. A train station presents different images at different times. Sometimes it's calm and quiet. But with the arrival of a train, it becomes a noisy and bustling place. Then we see the passengers hurrying to search for their compartment or any convenient compartment. The porters hurriedly carried piles of luggage. Station guards were seen standing on the platform to signal with red or green flags. In a train station, you often find a bookstore in a corner. Various books, magazines, and newspapers are sold there. So the importance of a station need not be disclosed. It is everyone's duty to keep the station clean and free of chaos.
