Nadim: Hi Riyad! 
Riyad: Hello, How are you?
 Nadim: I’m fine. And what about you?
Riyad: I’m also fine. Where are you going so early this morning?
Nadim: I’m going to exercise.

Riyad: Oh, that’s a great job! Do you get up and exercise every morning?

Nadim: Yes, I always get up early in the morning and do some exercise.

Riyad: Is there any benefit to getting up early in the morning and exercising?

Nadim: There are many benefits to getting up early in the morning. And getting up early in the morning is a good habit.

Riyad: Can you explain more about it, please?

Nadim: Obviously, Early rising is a good habit for health. One can take necessary exercise and fresh air in the morning. Some benefits of Early Rising are: You become a Positive attitude, are More Productive, have More time to exercise, and Become more organized. You can Get into the routine, have More time to read, have Better Mental Health, More Family Time, More time to get things done, and so on.

Riyad: You’re right. I can get more time to do work in the morning.

Nadim: Yes. You can complete your homework in the morning.

Riyad: Oh, that's a good Idea! What are you doing after exercise?

 Nadim: I always complete my study and take my breakfast.

Riyad: It's a good habit. I also get up early in the morning from tomorrow.
